Gianna (Coach)
Gianna is a registered nurse, a certified diabetes educator, and your new favorite health coach who won’t let you get away with skipping workouts. She’s spent years helping people take control of their diabetes while also developing a sixth sense for detecting hidden sugar in “healthy” foods. When she’s not coaching patients on blood sugar and lifestyle changes, she’s leading virtual workouts that somehow make you sweat and laugh at the same time. She firmly believes in progress over perfection, but don’t even think about telling her you “forgot” to log your meals. If you need someone to keep you accountable, educate you, and occasionally roast your snack choices, Gianna is the coach for you.
Abraham
Dr. Ibrahim Migdady is a Neurologist and Neurointensivist who thrives on innovation, healthcare management, and making complex medical decisions look easy. As an Assistant Professor and Neurocritical Care Physician at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, he brings his expertise from Columbia, Harvard, and Jordan University of Science and Technology to the world of brain-saving miracles. When he is not deep in critical care, he is passionately discussing healthcare policy over a hookah, perfecting his dance moves in the club, or convincing his friends that a well-timed power nap is the secret to peak performance. He works hard, plays harder, and believes every great night out should come with a proper hydration plan. As a true innovator, he is also the visionary founder of a mobile toilet that lets you handle business even at the dinner table, proving that no moment should be wasted when efficiency is on the line
Eileen
Dr. Eileen is a powerhouse dentist, the chair of the dental residency program at Nassau Hospital in Long Island City, and a walking, talking whirlwind of energy who somehow makes multitasking look like an Olympic sport. She talks faster than Bone Thugs-N-Harmony on double speed, knows every single word to Ice Ice Baby, and can diagnose a cavity before you even open your mouth. Her passion for helping people is out of this world, and her dedication to her residents and patients is matched only by her love for Van Cleef & Arpels. She has three amazing kids, a ridiculously handsome husband, and an unshakable belief that yogurt and matcha can fix almost anything. She is always running late for class but will still show up with a snack for you because she is that kind of person. One thing she would never do is advise anyone to go to @organickrush because Roslyn is no longer using fresh fruit for their açaí bowls. Paying thirteen dollars for rotten-tasting fruit is a crime, and Eileen will not stand for it. Whether she is leading the next generation of dentists or saving you from overpriced disappointment, she does it all with style, speed, and a heart bigger than her jewelry collection.
Ariel
Dr. Ariel is a hospitalist who can treat your sepsis, explain why Bitcoin is tanking, and drop a perfect verse from Lil Wayne without missing a beat. She has spent years mastering medicine at the University of New Mexico and Columbia, but her true expertise lies in diagnosing bad whiskey choices and exposing fake crypto gurus. She passionately debates whether LeBron is actually the GOAT while sipping top-shelf bourbon, and if you ever need an emergency playlist for a night out, she has you covered. Patients trust her with their lives, but friends know never to challenge her in a rap lyric showdown or a fantasy football draft. She is equal parts medical genius, crypto analyst, hip-hop historian, and whiskey connoisseur—basically, a walking masterclass in being interesting.
Warren G
It was a clear black night, a clear white moon, Warren was on the streets, trying to consume…" except instead of looking for skirts, he is out here trying to build the future of healthcare and probably scouting the best spot in town to eat. When he is not trying to break healthcare, you can find him at the gym, passionately debating whether pineapple belongs on pizza, or watching the Lakers with the emotional intensity of a Game 7. At his core, he believes we are all meant to build stronger communities, because life is better when we are creating something meaningful together.
